Step 1: Review and visualize unused operational data and define the target direction of further analyses together with you.
Step 2: Data analysis according to defined objectives, for example:
- Process data analysis to find weak points; project controlling to find the connection between project and financial parameters, etc.
- Financial data analysis to find the strength of influence of various parameters on the financial strength of a division or the company as a whole.
Step 3: Optimization of business processes according to the defined targets, reduction of weak points and negative parameters, strengthening of positive parameters and situations, modeling of procedural processes for off- or on-line optimization
